TDA200 10 digit dialing problem

currently the central allows dials to 7, 12 and 13 digits. This will change in Mexico to only 7 and 10 digits, when I check the COS in all extensions is 1, however when dialing 10 digits the call is dropped, have to said that currently it is possible to dial using old and new ways of dialing, therefore something is not ready for this kind of dialing, can someone give an idea about what could be the problem.

where can i change or add the new 10 digits dialing, the interace i have to acces the pbx is the Unified maintenace console.
 
Is this outgoing calls?

If it is, check trunk group dialling plan, but default is allow any number of digits out

 
Dialing plan table checked and there was nothing defined in table 1 which is the one is used for all trunk groups, i change it to autoassign table as A which is something like this.

No. 1 in Dialing Plan Table 1: N11
No. 2 in Dialing Plan Table 1: NXX NXX XXXX
No. 3 in Dialing Plan Table 1: 1NXX NXX XXXX

and Add this line but without succes when dialing 10 digis the call is dropped.

No. 4 in Dialing Plan Table 1: XXXXXXXXXX

So I have no clue about this situation. any other idea?

that is what i was thinking but even then the 10 digits dialing call is dropped
 
Change the trunk group plan to 2 with no entrees and you will have free dialling. Dial 10 digits and wait or press # and see of the call goes through.

do you mean to change the dialing plan table to 2?, just let me tell you that there was nothig in the table and even then the call dropped
but just for the 10 digit dialing, it is possible that there is something else?
 
Thanks a lot for your support the carrier has a problem with the trunk.
