TDA100 to TDE100 upgrade steps

We have a TDA100 with a 2 isdn lines and a 8 port bri card. We want to switch to sip now, so we have now a KDE0101 mpr board with a TDE0110 voip card on it. We also have a sd with the new KDE0101 sw and licenses.
We want to do the upgrade in 2 steps :
1. Replace TDA100 with TDE0101 board
How do we upgrade the sd card from the TDA100 to the sd card TDE0101.(combine the tda100 sd card configuration of the
isdn with the sw and licenses of the tde0101 sd card)
In this case we can still use the isdn lines on the new tde100 installed card.
2. Configure the sip lines to start using sip.
Can we then still use the bri card with the lines to use our current phone infrastructure internally, and outside using sip?
Shat are the steps to achieve this ?

You can have the bri card as well as sip. Configuration of the sip depends on the sip provider
