Hi, I have a problem with CO to CO calls. Maybe there is a problem with settings on Disa system, because the calls go down (are diconnetcted) after few seconds. The other problem is, sometimes (form mobile phones) the DTMF not working properly. Any idea? Thanks...

I forget to write that, the incoming lines are analogue lines.

Check the system parameters, there is a call timer, I believe, that may need to be set to unlimited. Also you might want to verify the line quality. Since the bridging is done in the TDA, you are at the mercy of the limits of an analogue loop and losses are cumulative. So if each loop has a 3.0dB loop loss, then the round trip loss is 6.0dB. This can affect the DTMF also.

Hope this helps!

Don't set the CO-CO to unlimited as this will lock up your analog lines. set the time in Trunk group settings for somewhere between 30-60 min as you need so that the TDA will clear down the trunks, SYQEST is right on the money about loop loss.
