From a Technical support point of view has anyone noticed how slow an ISDN dial up is to do remote maint.

I have various builds on my laptop and always enter using version 3 which then goes to its relevant sw programming tool.

I can dial in using a normal modem and this is seriously around 5 times quicker?

why are you not using a cti card on all installs?
