I somehow have lost my ability to connect to my TDA50 & also lost the ability to connect to my TVA50, but with not realizing what I did, I some how, playing around with the drivers, finally got the TVA50 working & not the TDA50. The last error code I got today is EA04207 trying to connect to the TDA50 which says, already connects USB port. Before I got the TVA50 working I got the error code EA04203 which says, can't open USB port. Does anyone know which driver I might be missing for the TDA50? I have a job today with these 2 systems which I installed few years ago & don't want to not be able to connect. That is why I'm doing this in my office first.

I would go onto the Panasonic service website and download the USB drivers (if you don't already have them saved prior) and reinstall them. However, if your laptop has a finger print reader, uninstall it as it will interfere with the usb driver installation.

I hope you got this resolved.

The KX-TDA50 Maintenance console asks you for a destination to save the USD drivers after installation of the Console.

If you have the Maintenance console, re-install it and get the USB drivers.

For the Password, get a card reader and read KX-TDA50 Password off the Config file.

Have helped several clients in USA with the KX-TDA50. Just wonder why they don't easily get support for this Model form Local Techs

The USB driver attachment failed.
