TDA-30 Block incoming ring tone

Hi
One of our lines is a split fax line, one libe going to our fax machine and another going to a CO port on the phone swicth to enable us to have an extra outgoing line when the fax is not in use.
I would like to disable the incoming call tone so the phone extensions dont ring before the fax machine picks up the call - I can only see how to change the ring tone but not how to disable it..... any help woulod be greatly appreciate?

That would be in system programming and depends on where the line is being pointed to

You could dil it to an unused analogue extension or put the fax on a spare extension and it will light the co key when in use

Why not connect the FAX to the Phone system and do FAX detection instead so FAX is automatically detected and sent to the FAX Machine

The TDA 30 would need a disa card installed to do fax detection.
