I have a customer with Weird Issue
Panasonic TDA100 & TVA200 4port
The call ring on CO (set as Single Line Temporarily) and AA picks up but there is an echo like recording
than when caller picks the ext. the extention rings but when picked the aa does not disconnect but keeps on ringing in the background and than transfer to vm of that extention. The callers can hear each other but its annoing.
Im not sure if thats a settings on tda or vm need to be changed.
Just to inform they recently moved from pri to lcot so the pri is out of service
If any one can shed some light i apriciate it.

try making a call on the line on its own, sounds like a cross pair or earth

I put on Ground Wire and that did not change the echo or pickup.
However i think it has to do something with disconnect timing as
when AA TRANSFER the call to extention i can pick it up but me and caller still hears the hold music and each other if i hang up
the caller stays on line hearing music and phone rings again if i pick it up again it transfers completely and there is no moh.

Also i think i said it incorectly there is no echo on the line but the echo is on AA recording like the recording is echoing
could it be problem with TVA200 ?

if its getting music it would be coming from the pbx. have you made a call directly to an extension bypassing the AA and does it work ok

could be the tva or the ports they are connect to
