TD816 1

I am a Norstar installer but have a customer with a TD816. When an incoming call comes in they want to be able to answer the call without having to hit a CO key. They also want to pull DT on a vacant line when they go offhook instead of punching a Line button.
Another trouble is that the calls only log at the first set. This is highly inconvenient because when they are on another floor they must go back to the main set to see who called.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Thanks cwc3. I am a little confused about B) program 99 12 store? The disk list programs 00 - 017 and then starts at 100. What am I missing?

Does 99 equal station programming mode? If so where can I find info that list what 99 12 translates to?
