TD500 Remote connection

When connecting to a TD500 via a modem I keep getting an E0007 error message, happens on 3 different computers, can anyone give me the solution
modem parameters on computers and PABX match
and modems work on other dail ups
TD500 programmer will not allow, is there something I an doing wrong

Problem was Modem initialisation string incorrect
