TD-500 WITH E! 1

Hi

I have a problem with the conection between a ericsson bc 9 (TLU76/3) and panasonic td 500 (E1). I have sychoronize and connection but when I take a channel and dial any number dosen´t happen

Does this E1 connection give youo the CLI consisting of name and number.
I have setup PRI E1 Tie link between avaya and TD500. it works fine except the name is not displayed alongwith the number
