I must switch ip addresses of the current network from 192.168.0.x subnet mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.x.x.x(range from dhcp on Lan)to 10.x.x.x subnet mask 255.255.0.0 (on Wan). Now, the client workstation changes are easy, but there are NT servers with exchange, sql, etc. What are the implications or problems to watch out for when switching the ip's on the servers.

It can be ugly or simple depending on the services being offered. A better way is to either VLAN off the servers and keep the IPs the same, NAT the servers to keep the IPs or to use something like a secondary IP on the router's interface(if Cisco).

Most servers can be switched.. but I have had troubles with tweaked SQL installations and others of that type. Member servers, NFS, Exchange, PDC, BDC, DCs all really dont care too much about the IP unless you are running Active Directory. It could get a bit tricker there.
