I must switch ip addresses of the current network from 192.168.0.x subnet mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.x.x.x(range from dhcp on Lan)to 10.x.x.x subnet mask 255.255.0.0 (on Wan). Now, the client workstation changes are easy, but there are NT servers with exchange. What are the implications or problems to watch out for when switching the ip's on the servers.

That kind of depends on your setup. One thing that comes to mind is a gateway. If you have a gateway that stands between your e-mail server and the outside world you will have to change the routing on that gateway to specify the new internal IP of your server.

Also if you use host files to specify netbios/ip addresses of e-mail servers in your organization you will have to modify those.

Clients should not have a problem as they resolve by netbios name and that won't change.

Those are the issues I can think of off the top of my head.
