TCP Window update - RST

Hello,

When doing a property search at

http://gisweb.albemarle.org/

over at a friends house (which uses Starband as their ISP), instead of getting a HTTP 302 response, telling the browser to move to searchresults.aspx, the site sends a TCP window update and then an RST packet?

I can successfully use my laptop anywhere and see the HTTP 302 (moved to searchresults.aspx) response, just not at these people's house. I've used 4 computers at this friends house, with the same result from all of them.

I guess this is a window scaling issue, but don't really know enough to solve it.

Sounds like an MTU issue on the friend's edge router.
