Hi all
Weve had our BCM up and running for sometime now, and we recently gave it a public ip address so that it is accesible remotely over the good old internet, ideally for use with softphones on peoples laptops and so on. The problem is, it just cant connect to the BCM with the softphone? Any ideas why? Are there a set of ports that need opening on the firewall? I can connect to the main BCM web page, but again, as soon as i try and login to the Unified Manager it says "Failed to connect" even though i am typing in the right password etc etc. If anyone has had any experience of this or a similar, id appreciate it!
Thanks all
