We're looking at prioritizing voicemail traffic over our WAN, and need to identify the TCP or UDP ports, and if they're defined as any specific type of file...?

We are currently an Aria, Seranade, Interchange shop, but are moving to MM3.0 (MAS,MSS) and Message Networking Server.

Thanks,
CJH

Not to sound dumb but why would you want to prioritize VM over the wan when the systems are setup to never use more that 1% of the bandwidth anyway?

I think they just want to tag that traffic. Is there documentation explaining the <1% usage?

Thanks Ken,
