tcp port 80 stops working

Very odd problem, what causes a pc on a network to suddenly stop internet access? This happens to all machines per the customer but never at the same time. If you disable the NIC and re enable it starts to work and also you can just change the primary DNS and it will start working. UDP ports remain up, example msn messenger I believe is UDP anyway the internet connection is never lost from the router.

It may be that they are failing to renew their DHCP leases. You can extend the lease time at the router, and as suggested earlier, you can update the adapter drivers.
 
Thanks I will get the updated drivers.
P.S. All pc's are staticly assign. no DHCP addressing.
