tcp/ip to serial question...

Here's another quick question for you...

Does anybody know if citrix is capable of taking raw data from a tcp/ip address (at port 4000) and mapping or converting it to a specific serial port? I need a steady pipe to serial port 3. I guess a good analogy would be network printing to a serial port but a constant connection.
