I use "Windows Sockets Network Programming" by Quinn & Shute quite often. The one area it's weak on (and all the TCP/IP books are weak on this) is IOCompletionPort programming. Which most people won't care about (but I did).
If you are looking for a real heavy duty TCP/IP reference book, then I recommend "Internetworking with TCP/IP Principles, Protocols, and Architectures" by Douglas E. Comer (ISBN 0-13-018380-6). It's not for the faint of heart!
