TCP/IP Read Errs

Hi Everyone,
I have an almost 1:1 ratio with errors and Incoming E-mail. Not really sure what is happening. Tried re-loading GWIA, no luck. Tried the 6.5.2 FTF files (agent and gwia) no luck. Tried re-loading the TCP and NIC's (one public, one private) no luck.
Now I notice that I actually have more errors than I have E-mail, sent and received. ???
Has anyone else come across this delema?

Appreciate any HELP or suggestions anyone might have.

Hi,

There are tons of TIDs on Novell's web site about this error. I did have this error once and was corrected by me correcting by DNS issues. I would look in that area.

Check your Resolv.cfg and Host files. The Resolv file can be checked through Inetcfg.

I've done some lookin on Novell Site, but most of the TID referring to TCP/IP Read errors are old docs centered around GroupWise 5,5.5 and I'm not sure if they would pertain to GroupWise 6.5 Some of the fixes I tried and had no result.
As far as DNS, I can ping from the server console to a web address and there is no loss, so I'm getting out. Talked with ISP, and their showing no errors over the T-1 connection.
Last night I actually noticed TCP/IP Errs coming in with NO messages. In other words, I restarted the GWIA, and the SMTP screen showed all 0's, after 5 minutes or so, the TCP/IP Errs poped up to 2. Definatly wierd...
GWIA is either having difficulty getting the E-mail, or is having some kind of internal problem with getting the E-mail. But then I will get some thru ok. Maybe two or three, then the next ten will all come in, but will also generate TCP/IP Errs.

Anyone have or had a similar problem ?
