I'm running win98 with a U.S. Robotics 56k modem, it dials in perfectly and authenticates 100% but there is very little data transfer. No e-mail and web-pages download. I reinstalled TCP/IP. I reinstalled Explorer 6. Still no luck.
Kan anyone please tell me how to uninstall TCP/IP manually and how to force win98 to copy the files from the cabs again.
