TCP/IP problem

Good day all

I have come up with an Error i have not come across, before, I am trying to reinstall TCP/IP, but the end of the process it come up with an error saying that the "Registry Service subkey already exists" the followed by an error message "Unable to remove name space provider"

Can anyone help me please.
