tcp/ip problem

I have tcp/ip installed already on my computer nut I keep getting a message that mt tcp/ip network prtocol is not installed. I cannot access the internet or do activesync. What do I do?

Could be a NIC driver problem too ... if the proper drivers aren't installed.. TCP/IP can't bind to the NIC. Alshrim
