Just opened Outlook Express 6 that came with my computer. Tried to send/receive messages and following error came up:

"A TCP/IP error occured "mail.mia.bellsouth.net", server 127.0.01, protocol POP3, Port 110, Secure SSL, Error number 0x800CCC0D"

Wot's going on here? Thank you.

Looks like your own protocol statck is having a problem with TCP or IP.

127.0.0.1 is your own NICs loopback address (normally used for stack testing).

Check all of your TCP and IP settings. If possible post them here.

Reamin positive. The affect on those around you will amaze.
