TCP/IP CP reported error 733 on WinXP VPN

I think I solved the problem. On the server side, I specified that the TCP/IP use DHCP to assign IP addresses to clients. My DHCP server is NOT running because I am behind a router and the router is the DHCP server. Solution: Specified TCP/IP addresses for the clients.
