TCP/IP connection unexpectedly terminated

Hi,

I'm having problems sending and receiving email messages. I have Office 2000 premium edition with XP Home Edition along with a Earthlink DSL connection. I utilize my company's email server. I can use Earthlink's email server and email messages send and receive great, however when using my company's email server here is when I have problems. The following message comes up:

"The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. ( account: pop.mpowercom.net Smtp server: smtp.manpowercom.net error number 0X800ccc0F)

Help needed...

Just a comment, I am not an expert on Earthlink, but my ISP will NOT let me send email except via their server. They block port 25 except to their own Mail server.
