TCP error 9407: "seqGrabInfoNotAvailable" ????

I'm getting a tcp error when attempting to connect to a windows 2000 server on the network.
The error number is 9407. A search on the net shows that as being a "seqGrabInfoNotAvailable" error. I can't seem to find any more info than that.
Can anyone tell me what it means, or point me to a resource that can?
