I am having an issue where several of my computers are getting continuous "Repeated Attempts To Establish TCP Connection" errors on an IP address that doesn't exsist. It is owned by a local ISP but when contacting them they tell me it isn't assigned to anything. I am not able to PING it either. I've gotten over 1100 of these in the past 12 hours. Any thoughts on where/why my computers in my Network are attempting to connect to this "bogus" IP address?
Thanks in advance for any assitance.
