How can I use 'tclplugin' under WIN98 and/or MSIE5.*?

You might not be able to. As of IE 5.5 SP2, Microsoft removed support for Netscape-style plugins for "security reasons." For more information on the state of the Tcl Plugin and its support for various browswer, I suggest that you go to the Tcl'ers Wiki (
