There are also quite a few mailing lists devoted to specific Tcl/Tk projects. The page

at ActiveState lists some of them. SourceForge hosts a lot of them (more than are listed on ActiveState's page), but I can't for the life of me figure out out to get a list of them from SourceForge. I just subscribed from the individual SourceForge project pages.
