TCL question

Dears,
i'm in my way to configure TCL application using cisco callmanager express "Software Version 12.4(3g) / CME 3.3 ".

when i read the documentation , it's instruct to download cisco Unified CME B-ACD tar archive "the default one" to your tftp server.where can i find this archive file?

Do a show flash to make sure you do not already have it.

You should be able to download from Cisco if you have a CCO login with an account that gives you permissoin to download voice software.

when the client is on the IP Cisco 7940 phone and a call comes in to her boss, the only way she can p/u the call is by terminating her conversation and then p/u the call comming to her boss.
