Tcl CGI Script - Ukrainian

Hello

I have a contact form web page which is written in the Ukrainian language.
When a visitor fills out and submits the form, my TCL CGI script automatically
sends me an email with the information entered on the form. However, when they
fill the form in the Ukrainian language I get garbage in the email, in English
it is fine. Does anyone have any idea on how to make this work? Any help would
be appreciated.

I have no idea, really, but I suppose you need to use unicode text. I suspect the problem is in your email client but I really don't know.
