Tcl and LabWindows CVI

I am controlling an instrument that is on the ethernet LAN and is configured/controlled using Tcl scripts. My environment is LabWindows CVI (ANSI C). I would like to run Tcl scripts from C functions to provision this instrument and obtain test measurement results.

Has anyone compiled Tcl source code on Windows with Labwindows CVI? I have found Tcl source code and install instructions for MS-VC++ but not for LabWindows. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
