Hello
we use the tool of taxation Callstat MT axinite since 2008 as a service to our AVAYA IPBX .
We have a huge problem with this tool if anyone can help us we will be very pleased.
we lost communication from the application CallStat I want to know how can I recover from a file .001
Second problem: the call numbers displayed on the application are not displayed correctly, the last digits are replaced by #, how to remedy this problem.

As we have told you in every other thread you have started here, You do not have an IP Office, this forum is for Avaya IP Office systems only not just any Avaya system. You need to post in the Definity forum forum690 ...however this is nothing to do with the system it's your application so perhaps contact the supplier of the software/application for best results
