Tasks without Resources

I have tasks which dont have resources assigned to them.
How can I filter these tasks and show them in a Report.
I mean the Report should show Unassigned tasks only.

Which report will help me show this?

Seems like a homework question to me.

View | Reports | Assignments | To Do List and when you get the "Show tasks using" prompt, simply click OK.
