tasks placed by others - need different color

I will be getting in the future a ticket IT type system. In the mean time I have to go buy with what I have which is outlook task. I gave premissions to other to post tasks as well as my own. However, i can't seem to change the color othere then blue underlined for completed items and black for everything else. How can I change the color other owners tasks?
