This seems to be your issue.
There is reference in that answer to a fixpack -- but the description of the issues resolved by the fixpack does not appear to include a solution to your problem.
You should contact Microsoft. Since this appears to be a known problem handled by a limited distribution fixpack, you should not be charged an incident fee.
