TASKE hooked up to MAGIX

I am having problems with my incoming calls going to my TASKE (ACD computer) system. When the call comes in, it comes in on a DID then you here a click, then music on hold then rings and then goes to my TASKE system messages. I want it to just ring straight into the Taske machine, no click, no music on hold. I cant figure out how to get rid of the click.

Can anyone help me.

The click is probably a hook-flash transfer, and you may not be able to get rid of it.
