I have a customer that uses taske for call accounting ---They are set up similar to an ACD so the agents take calls--but when they get a call, only the group name shows up on caller id----they want to be able to view the caller id on each call. NETPHONE does this but they do not support Merlin Magix. I am looking for something as an alternative.
We have a Merlin Magix 3 system as well. The 4412D+ phones we have, display the group on the "first" screen, if you press the right arrow button up on the top right of the phone, and go to the "second" screen, then it displays the caller ID. Hope this helps.
