I have a client that has an application that we run in TS. I have the app starting when the user logs on to the ts to prevent userd from using the internet from the TS. The application requires access to the taskbar for all functions to work. How can I acheieve this?

Thanks,

locans

Don't publish the desktop, just publish the application.

Sorry for sounding stupid, please explain in a little more detail.

Thanks,

LOL, Citrix came out in me. sorry

May need to give them a desktop, but completely lock it down with Group Policies to prevent any inappropriate access; but leaving the taskbar. Then set the application to startup, by adding it to the startup folder of all users if this server is just for this app or just for that profile...hmmm

Thanks,

I removed it (Administrative Tools) from the Default User Profile and All Users. also, Prevented Access to the control panel. I thought there was a key in the GPO's but I have yet to find it. I had the Excel sheet somewhere, but I have to find it.
