Is there a way of formatting the table on the right hand side of the task usage view so that for each task, any days with work assigned show as a shaded cell rather than the amount of work (e.g. 8h or 1d)? I've tried going through all the formatting options I can find and none of them seem to work.

I'm using Project Standard 2013.

Thanks.

Sorry, no. It's a data table. I suppose you could copy/paste to Excel and then format (conditional formatting should work). I'm assuming you want to see assignment data (resource names rows) not just task data?

Yes, it's for our contracts manager organising subcontractors, so I would need to see the resource information. It's not the end of the world if it can't be done - I just though I would double check in case there was something obvious I'd missed.

Thanks for your help.

You're welcome. Filtering in a task view should also help - you can use the "Using Resources" filter or autofilters.
