Task Scheduler: Task's Duration Problem

I have set up a task with a trigger at 11:00pm each day, repeating every 1 minute for 8 hours. The task runs a script that shutsdown the PC.

The problem is that Vista seems to ignore the 8 hour limit, and runs the task every 1 minute, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am confused as to why the scheduler is ignoring the duration...

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I might be doing wrong, or is this a bug in the task scheduler?

ive never used the task scheduler in vista dont think i will now lol

hopefully it can be sorted,

Have a look at "Troubleshooting Task Scheduler" via "Task Scheduler Overview" in the Help tab when in MMC.
