Hi,
I am trying to get task scheduler to run an .exe over the network on all my user NT Workstations. I am able to setup the task and run it as myself, but when logged in as anyone else it does not run. I checked the Event Log but it doesnt say anything. When looking at a detailed view of the Task Scheduler, it says that its running. Tho nothing is happening.
When I look at the properties of that task, under the first tab called task the line that says Run: looks like this
h:\motd\motd.exe h:\motd\popup.html
What that is suppose to do is tell the program motd.exe to use the file popup.html. Basically all the exe program does is open up a web page, but the window use to display the page is custom.
I created a user called popup, and use him to make the task, I also give that user permision to the folder, but when i log in as anyone else, it does not run for them.
Help!
Thanks in advance.
