task manager showing CPU usage at 100% help!!

Where could I look in my pc to see what is causing this 100 usage of the cpu???.

Press alt-ctrl-del
Click on Task Manager button
Click on the Processes tab
This will show all the process on your computer and what CPU usage they are using
