Task manager show CPU using 30-40%, but system idle process is 99%

Hi All,

My server running W2K PRO with 2 PIII CPUS and 1.25GB RAM in ServeRAID mirroring.

There is one thing I do not understand that the CPU always using in 30 - 40%, even system idle process is 99%. I saw the kenrel CPU time is also around 30 - 40% usage.

Please help!

System idle process means the time when your processor is creating nothing else but heat ... meaning: doing nothing.
