Could anyone explain to me the meaning & effect of the different priorities that can be set for a process from the 'Windows NT Task Manager' [sig][/sig]
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
To make it short, set the priority low for any non-critical background services and high for any that need to run quickly. [sig][/sig]
