Task Manager Not Working Properly

NT Workstation 4.0

I have a PC where Task Manager appears to have become corrupted. When opened it displays only the Processes tab and nothing above that (i.e. no Tabs, Menus, etc.).
Am I able to restore just Task Manager from the NT CD please?

Not sure if this'll help but try double clicking the grey border around the task manager window - seems to make mine appear/disappear
