when trying to open the task manager, i receive this screen different from what is the normal task manager. what i get is a screen with no toolbars, nor minimize, max, close buttons, and no title bar. a solid grey window. inside the window it has several columns and the current user's name that i am logged on under.

at the bottom of the window, there are 3 buttons:
disconnect(clickable), logoff(clickable), and send message (not clickable)
i am stuck here and cannot get back to wherever the real task manager functions are. the only way i can close this window is to right click on the green and black icon in the task bar and select close. there are no other right click options to return to the normal task manager screen
