I am having problems communicating changes to the project schedule to my team and I am hoping that there is some functionality either within Microsoft Project or some plugin that can help. The majority of my team members do not have Microsoft Project so they are unable to view updates to the project schedule itself. As my projects contain over 500 tasks I am unwilling to just print out the task list or a Who Does What report containing all tasks; I only want each team member to see his or her tasks and not be confused by other member’s tasks. I need some way to automatically run separate reports (I have more than twenty resources on these projects), one for each resource, that will display a list of their tasks. Ultimately I will need to email these to the team members twice per week so automatic email functionality would be a big bonus but is not required. Can this be done within MS Project through some report or is there some VB Script or plugin that I can run to do this? I can’t believe that I am the only one having this problem.
