Hi Mike, thanks for the reply. How about the alpha switch in "Groups". We created a Group for each agent that is a duplication of their Task list but in Group form. By doing this they can compare their Group of all their contacts to the Group that represents the task list (which represents all the contacts that have been scheduled for an activity).
It seems like ACT should have given us the option to change the alpha so when you look at the Task list vs the Group Task List they are both the same alpha.
We create the group by selecting all the contacts in Task List and going to "Go to Contact" which created a lookup of all the Task List contacts in a Contact List Plus lookup. It seems that we should then sort these by first name before creating a Task List Group. Right?
