Task independent resources

As a resoucee I have a computer suite (material) which is task independent. How can I show this? and how can I show the usage? the cost is $250.00 a day wether its being used for 1 task or many. I need to produce a weekly cashflow report for the project that also shows the computer suite usage.

Any help appreciated
